PAT MARTINO, the internationally beloved guitarist/ composer, (born Patrick Carmen Azzara; August 25, 1944 – November 1, 2021) died of chronic respiratory disorder at his home in Philadelphia at the age of 77. This "Thanks" was posted just prior to my album release on August 17, 2021. We will meet again "big brother", of that I'm sure. In the meantime, I will miss you beyond measure.
May your soul rest in peace, Patty. YOU WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN.

A Special Thanks to the internationally beloved, Pat Martino, for sharing with me his time, personal values, skills, and genius. For over 40 years, he has been a dear friend, mentor, and “big brother” all mixed in one, providing support and instilling a sense of empowerment, personal autonomy, and the inspiration to reach beyond my own limitations.
With many memorable interactions spanning decades, his Zen-like attitude, undying friendship, and intellectual stimulation have been a significant influence and true blessing.
